After putting the finishing touches on my last Retro-Active column for this site, in which I examined three games with a “horror” theme to them just in time for Halloween, I took a look at the completed article and slowly began to realize… “I can do much better than this.”
Granted, I usually have that feeling after every article I write. That darned self-deprecation complex of mine… But in this case, I was wondering why I decided to stop at only three games, and why only for one platform (the 2600).
This, I decided, was something that would not stand.
So, for an unprecedented (I think?) second time in the same week, I’m going back into the retrogaming well, and this time I’ve come back with four more games that’d make for good subject matter for Halloween.
Hey, every good (or bad) horror movie needs at least one sequel, right?
