Ian Usher from Perth, Australia is putting his entire life up for sale. Car, house, bike, jetski, job, friends, and everything is for sale on eBay. An entire life doesn’t come cheap, though. At the time this article was written the current bid was up to over $390,000 AUD (over $373,000 USD). He has no wife and his friends aren’t exactly “for sale”, they have agreed to befriend the winner and show them around town, but you don’t own them like cattle.
On the website for the sale Ian says, “On the day it is all sold and settled I intend to walk out of my front door with my wallet in one pocket and my passport in the other, nothing else at all, and get on the train, with no idea where I am going or what the future holds for me.” Better get your bids in quick though, you’ve got less than four days, the auction is over on June 29th at noon Australian Western Standard Time. He’s not including his identity in the auction, but maybe if you tip pretty well you could persuade him into throwing it in.
