This week I’m posting an interview I did with Patrick O’Keefe about his book, Managing Online Forums. Patrick is also the owner of the iFroggy Network. We talk about his book, his other sites, and how we feel about Web 2.0. It’s a shorter show but that’s because it’s an interview and not a regular episode.

Having read Patrick’s book, I do endorse it personally. It’s very informative and very useful for people looking to start or improve an online community.
