For those of you who run Wordpress on your websites, I’d like to offer a new plugin to you. Brand-spanking new, in fact, Wordpress just started hosting it today. How do I know? Well, I wrote it, so I’d be the first person to know when it was uploaded.
At any rate, it’s called RSSupplement and it’s entire purpose is to give you handy little extras at the bottom of your RSS feed items. Things like the category link of the post, name of the author, date, and even a copyright if you choose to have one. One little bonus I’ve added, because I can’t have any code I write pulling single-duty, is that if you have the Sociable Plugin installed RSSupplement will allow you to put those buttons in your feed.
For more information on this plugin you can see the ‘Read Me’ page on the Wordpress Plugin Repository located here. If there are any plugins you’d like to see written that don’t really exist at the moment, please email me and let me know.

Thanks, I’m working on finding more options to build into it for the next release.
