		<description>I'm unsure as to whether it is OS-specific or not, but I'm assuming no just to be on the safe side. Opera is a good closed-source alternative though. For you Mac users out there there's always &lt;a href="http://www.apple.com/safari/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Safari&lt;/a&gt; (Windows version available in beta). There's also &lt;a href="http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/" rel="nofollow"&gt;K-Melon&lt;/a&gt;, which is FLOSS, for the Windows folks, as well as the Mozilla browser itself. For all of you out there running a Unix-based OS, I don't think I need to tell you all about your options. However, if you're unaware of what's out there &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_web_browsers_for_Unix/Linux" rel="nofollow"&gt;here's a list&lt;/a&gt;.</description>

Regardless, if someone reading this is looking for an alternative browser to use until this hole is patched, &lt;a href="http://www.opera.ocm" rel="nofollow"&gt;Opera&lt;/a&gt; makes a decent choice.  It's not FLOSS (but rather free-beer closed source), but it &lt;i&gt;is&lt;/i&gt; cross-platform and generally immune to IE and Fx vulnerabilities.  Just a suggestion.</description>
