For those of us who are practically tethered to their computers for most of the day, be it due to work or recreation, it’s hard to shed a few pounds. So, we end up gaining weight due to not being able to get out of the house/office to do what we, in all honesty, really need to do…workout.
Fear not, dear readers, help is on the way. Israel from Fat Man Unleashed has put out a free ebook called the “Blogger Proof Workout vol. 1” that gives exercises for those of us stuck in our cubicle or house for hours on end. All the exercises located in this book are things you can do without workout equipment, such as chair squats, push ups, and even bonus exercises using your laptop as added weight. So, if your resolution for 2008 was to lose weight this might be right up your alley.
That, of course, isn’t to say our readers are fat. We just want to make sure you all stay fit and with us as long as possible. I’ll be doing these exercises myself from now on, so feel free to keep me company.
