Joss Whedon, he of Serenity and Firefly fame, has been slated as being “the man” for an upcoming Wonder Woman film adaptation for quite some time, now.
That time is no longer “now.” It’s come out today in Whedon’s official blog that he’s off the project:
“You (hopefully) heard it here first: I’m no longer slated [...]

I think Boston overreacted to the Aqua Teen campaign stunt. Of course, the two guys are out on bail now, and the protests had started by then. People holding signs saying “1-31-07 Never Forget” or “Free Peter!”, the latter I find funny for altogether different reasons.
Anyway, I thought the entire thing was a little goofy, [...]
