Dave Navarro, former Jane’s Addiction and Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist, will be promoting Guitar Hero II at the Best Buy (11301 West Pico Boulevard) in West Los Angeles on Monday November 6th at 10:30PM, according to an announcement made by Red Octane. Guitar Hero II will be on sale at midnight November 7th, an hour and a half after ol’ Dave gets there. One of the songs on the upcoming GH2 is “Stop” by Jane’s Addiction, one that Navarro helped make famous.
Apparently, Dave is going to be signing all kinds of swag while he’s there. So grab a GH controller and get a signature. Maybe you could sell it on eBay later, or sooner if you’re not a fan. If you do go, we’d love pictures. If you can get Dave to play one of his own songs on either GH1 or GH2, we’d love to see that too.
