In lieu of a real review this week, I thought I’d announce Bomb Shelter’s Webcomics Idol contest! BSC is looking for a new member, and is taking open submissions; after the field has been narrowed down to the top ten, the finalists will be judged each week on their update(s). Currently, the guest judges include Tim Demeter from Graphic Smash, Daku from Digital Strips, DJ Coffman - of Yirmumah and Hero by Night Fame, and Jensen of Lonely Fetus Comics and Transplant Comics.
After all the weekly public votes and eliminations, the winner gets membership in BSC, free hosting, with thier own subdomain (they can transfer their current domain if they want to) and a website (re)design if they want that. Not a bad prize.

If you got a comic, even a DeviantArt one, make the submission! You’ve got nothing to lose!
