Ryan Quinn, founder of SymphonyOS, put out a call for help last week. He’s been taking donations to help keep his project going. According to the homepage, the full site will be back online once things have calmed down on their servers. If you’d still like to donate, however, there still seems to be time to do so from the front page. Other ways you can help out are by buying the CDs and swag. That goes not only for Symphony, but for all your favorite software producers.
Remember, just because it’s free doesn’t mean they couldn’t use the money. I think this incident proves that better than I ever could. So, to Ryan Quinn, the geeks at WotG wish you the best of luck.
